Cancellation Policy

At Voyator, we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process. Our policies are aligned with international travel standards while respecting the specific requirements of our global service partners.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Rule)

For the majority of our tours and experiences, the following standard applies:

• Full Refund: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the experience’s scheduled start time (in the local time zone of the experience).

• No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.

• Changes: Any changes made to a booking less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.

2. Attraction Tickets & Non-Refundable Experiences

Please note that certain bookings are subject to stricter terms due to the nature of the service:

• Attraction & Event Tickets: Once purchased, tickets for theme parks, museums, monuments, and special events are final sale. These cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances.

• Specific Exclusions: Some premium or high-demand experiences may be marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking.

3. Supplier-Specific Policies

Voyator operates as an Online Travel Agency (OTA). For certain specialized tours, private charters, or multi-day packages:

• We may follow the specific cancellation policy of the local service supplier.

• Where a supplier’s policy differs from our standard 24-hour rule, the specific terms will be clearly displayed on the product page or your booking voucher. By completing the booking, you agree to the supplier’s terms.

4. Weather & Minimum Traveler Requirements

• Weather-Dependent Experiences: If an experience is cancelled by the operator due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• Minimum Capacity: If an experience is cancelled because a required minimum number of travelers was not met, you will be offered an alternative date/experience or a full refund.

5. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted through your Voyator Customer Portal or sent via email to info@voyator.co.uk.

• Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Cut-off Times: All cancellation deadlines are based on the local time of the destination where the tour or experience takes place.
